Mark Vandecruys

Chairman Board of Directors

Mark Vandecruys studied at the Ghent University, Vlerick Management School and Harvard Business School (Private Equity and Venture Capital & Private Equity and Venture Capital). In 2002 he acquired Btech from his father-in-law Harry Steenbrugghe.  He is Chairman of Heli Group NV, Entrepreneur in Residence @ Vlerick Business School and Advisory Board member of Vybros, Boss Paints and Art Casting.  Mark has been Executive Chairman of Fedrus International as from 2009.
