Ethics and Compliance
Fedrus code of conduct provides a guide to the business units to putting values into practice. This code contains commitments in relation to business operations, dealing with colleagues, customers- and suppliers relationships and behavior towards other stakeholders, highlighting the need to establish a safe work environment and respect for people and planet.
Every business unit undertakes to comply with code of conduct principles. Fedrus encourage the BU’s to make their code of conduct and values an integral part of their corporate culture, and ensuring that the different teams go through an interactive training program. A zero-harm environment is essential to build sustainable growth, create value for stakeholders and collectively contribute to a better future.

Whistleblowing
Fedrus encourages open communication and dialogue within the group and with its external partners and clients: that’s why we created the Whistleblower platform, an online interface that provides a fully confidential and secure way of reporting in good faith violations of the laws, regulations, or principles of internal conduct.
